Lana Sniderman

LongRun Thoroughbred Retirement Society would like to thank Lana Sniderman for her generosity and support of our cause. Lana, the niece of “Sam The Record Man”, owned thoroughbreds and was an avid race goer until her death in 2012.

Over the years she had donated some of her retired race horses to our program and always kept LongRun in her thoughts. In honour of Lana, we have mounted a plaque on the wall just outside the LongRun office door in the Woodbine backstretch, for all our visitors to see. Thanks Lana!
