High on Dubai is not your typical OTTB. He already has a year of training under his belt, yet due to the fact he didn't race, he doesn't quite have that "been there done that" attitude. He is stunning, athletic and a lovely mover, however, he does require a strong rider to push him forward, otherwise he gets distracted and spooky. The sky is the limit for Dubai, and we are looking for a higher level show home with tons of experience to bring out his true potential!
